Returns & Exchanges

Please follow the instructions on the Returns & Exchanges form available here.

Please send us the Returns & Exchanges form by email to customerservice@kaviars.com as also inside the original product box you want to return or exchange.

You have 30 days to return or exchange from the date you placed your order online.

To qualify for Returns & Exchanges:

- The goods must be in perfect conditions;
- All returns must include the original box;

Returns that do not meet this two conditions will not be accepted for refund.

You should send the goods to the following address:

Returns & Exchanges that meet our company internal policy will be refunded or exchanged in 24h after receiving back your order.

Note:

If you receive a product with defect or an incorrect delivery, please make sure you contact our customer service team at customerservice@kaviar.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will exchange or refund you in 24h after receiving back your order if the goods are in perfect conditions and the original box is sent back to us.
